The Call Scripting Module allows marketers to quickly design and run question and answer scripts using Market2Lead's Web Forms Engine. Compatible with Salesforce.com's custom objects, links, and fields, call scripting allows one to create and run call scripts from their accounts, cases, contacts, leads, and opportunities. Call scripting can be used to store responses to questions, assign scores to responses, provide coaching tips for questions and answers, make a question contingent upon a response to another question and analyze script results.
