Marketing Operations Services (MOS) are a set of services offered by the Market2Lead Client Services organization to help customers get the most value from their marketing automation software. They are designed with the needs of small to medium-sized enterprises (SMB) in mind and recognize the constraints SMBs face with on a daily basis.

Turnkey execution of lead nurturing campaigns
MOS includes execution of the following types of campaigns:
- Newsletters: Simple newsletter email campaigns
- Seminars and Events: Manage invitations and registrations for Seminars and Events
- Webinars: Manage invitations, registrations and post-event follow-up for webinars
- Website lead capture: Campaigns that use third party banner ads or Google keywords to generate sales leads by driving prospects to customized microsites or landing pages.
The MOS team creates and manages contact lists for campaigns, and segments the in-house database. In addition they can import external lists into the system for the relevant campaigns.
MOS includes integration of pre-approved email content (HTML and text) and modification with personalization and tracking tags. The MOS team will also integrate pre-approved branding templates with relevant web forms, to create personalized landing pages.
End-to-end campaign testing before launch
MOS also includes extensive testing of your campaigns with multiple email clients including Outlook 2003 and 2007, and browser based email clients such as Google, Yahoo and MSN. We test the landing pages on different browsers including IE 6, IE 7, Firefox 3, Safari 3 and 4 on both Windows and Mac.
We also test the end-to-end flow for the campaign including email delivery, landing page visits, lead capture forms and publishing of results to CRM system.
Reporting
A critical piece of any campaign is the reporting of results. MOS include providing customers with periodic updates once the campaigns are launched. We will also identify and review with you all of the relevant self-service reports so you can track the progress of your campaigns in your own time.

What part of the campaign are you responsible for?
Whilst the MOS team is responsible for building your campaign in the marketing automation system, you control the design, the goals and strategy, and all the creative elements and copy.
Your team or agency are still tasked with all aspects of creative design including, but not limited to:
- Design of email templates
- Design of supporting web page templates
- Selection and purchase of any stock photos or artwork that are to be used in emails or landing pages
- All aspects of messaging including email content, landing page content, and thank you pages
- Soft offers like whitepapers, case studies and reports
